If you find yourself wanting to place a take-out order, we do have a $400 minimum.
However we are waiving that minimum if we are already cooking the weekend you would like to pick up. On these weekends we will also be offering to go dinners, call or check online ordering for weekend menu and availability.
Takeout is offered hot or cold on the weekends and we can also arrange during the week pickup for cold only orders.

The average serving will allow for 3-4 servings per pound however everyone's serving size can be different. We recommend planning to purchase a little more than needed as all of our smoked meats will reheat or freeze and reheat extremely well.
